I placed my order with the trainee staff member. I asked for fresh french fries. The trainee staff member told Shinohara-san that I wanted fresh french fries. I watched and saw her give me old french fries. Unbelievable. I told her they are not fresh and she changed them. French fries are very cheap to make. Also, Shinohara-san’s voice is too small. No one could hear her calling out their order number.

You should treat your customers better. There are so many other places we can go to.

My coke was almost flat too.

AND they had reheated my burger in the microwave!!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed with McDonald’s. It seems obvious that they don’t value their customers so I will never go there again.

お昼に利用してます。 何回かナゲットの入れ忘れやナゲット５ピースを注文して１５ピースが間違って入っていたり、子供のハンバーガーだけ入ってなかったという事もあったので混雑時は特に受け取り後に商品の確認をしてから帰宅される事をオススメしますが、対応が不快に感じたことは特にありません。

追記 前回、こちらの店舗でデミグラスパイを１点購入したらデミグラスパイの箱の中身がホットアップルパイだったということがありました。 電話で問い合わせした結果、返金でお願いしました。 電話の対応も返金して頂いた時の対応も不快な印象はありませんでしたが、こちらの店舗は商品のミスが目立つので改めて購入後のチェックが欠かせないと感じました。 今回のミスは食べるまで分からないものだったのでチェックしようがなかったのですが… 店舗のスタッフさんには気を...
