Ootoya — Restaurant in Utsunomiya

I do love ootoya but to be honest this brunch made me a bit disappointed because of the rice was too much wet and… there was hair in my bowl🥲but the staff here were very polite. They apologized me and offered me the other. I think the staff here are very nice tho....

The stuff here is not good at all. Also, Only crash can be used here. The food is cold and not so fresh. The worst Ootoya I had...

隣席との距離が近くて不安しかなかった。咳き込んでる人がいて退店しようかと思う位、隣席との距離が近い。(だったら外食するなと言われればそれまでだが。)

出入口の近くの席だと、セルフの水やお茶が遠い。

料理の提供時間がおかしい。 先に料理が来た家族が食べ終えてから、料理提供された。ここは改善すべきかと思う。

味は値段相応。いや、もう少し安くても良いかと。 ご飯を少なめにして20円しか変わらないなら私は通常の金額を支払って残すかも知れない。 SDGSには良くないが。せめて50円位割引いて欲しい。

子供がいると食事前におもちゃが提供される。それなりのおもちゃではあるが喜んで選べる。
