Gusto has gone downhill. Menu heavy on fried food and hamburgers. Should really try to rebuild it's menu. Other family restaurants are way ahead in new items and service. Hardly a human to be seen. Not even shown to our table. Never a check by a server. Order via tablet. Pay a machine without a thank you or goodbye. Even a silly robot bringing you food which you struggle to not drop. I am not a waiter but a customer. If I didn't want any service I'd go to McDonald's. No plans to return. Ever. More staff. More contact. Raise prices. Like Sazariya but much worse.
