お盆の小旅行でランチ時に来店。

ほんとはノシャップ岬の樺太食堂とかで食べたかったんだけど1度も行ったことない最北端の宗谷岬に行きたかった為にこっちの店でランチするしかなかった。 最北ラーメン1650円とミニうに丼1650円を注文。

最北ラーメンは塩ベースらしく味噌に変更できますかと聞いたが塩の方が美味しいと思いますと太鼓判を押されたので塩にしました。 その最北塩ラーメンはまぁまぁカニの出汁が軽く出てて普通に美味かった。カニ専用のフォークもありカニも思う存分食べれました。 その代わり手がベトベトになるのは言うまでもないwww

あまり期待してなくてハードル下げて食べたミニうに丼が時期なのか臭みがなく甘くとろけてめちゃくちゃ美味かった。

礼文のウニは美味いと聞いてたので稚内近辺のウニはどこも美味しいのかなと思いました。

ミニうに丼に付いてきたベビーホタテが入った味噌汁は美味かったんだが40度ぐらい？って思うぐらいぬるかったのが未だに謎ですwww
