I only used their luggage storage service. It’s 300 yen per luggage, and if you purchase anything from the shop that’s priced 300 yen then they will keep your luggage for free. We asked the staff if the hot mushroom soba can be made halal (vegetables, bonito flakes and no mirin or sake) and they could prepare it which made us very happy. After a chill climb of the thousand steps, the delicious soup with mushrooms and mountain vegetables really warmed us up.
