Since this is a unique menu of Yamadera, The must try menu. I love the texture of the noodles, but it's served cool, the uniqueness of this menu, which I'm not used to.

Restaurant familial de nouilles au sarrasin à l'accueil exemplaire. Propre, service rapide, boisson chaude à volonté. Les plats choisis sont préparés avec délicatesse et sobriété. Grand espace de restauration pour un bon appétit bien mérité après l'ascension vers le "daibutsuden" et le "oku no in".

立石寺(山寺)を参拝する際に、車を駐車させてもらい、参拝後に食事をしました。駐車をすると先ずは『駐車代金 300円』を支払いますが『後で 1000円以上の買い物や食事をしてもらえれば、300円を引いて会計します』とのシステムで、実質的に駐車代金が無料です。 参拝後に食事をしましたが、『板蕎麦(下足天付き)』は、十割蕎麦が二人前あり、こしがある蕎麦も美味しくて満足しました。 参拝前に店の女性に『ご朱印のいただける所は？』と尋ねたら、親切に絵地図に印を付けて教えていただけたので、有意義に参拝することができて、大変に感謝しています。

山寺駅から徒歩5分くらいで、立石寺の麓にあります。お店の名前はそれが由来なのでしょうか。 食堂とお土産物の販売を併設しています。 ただ自分は他の店で食事も買い物もした後だったので、素通りしようかと思ったときに、ふと目についたのがソフトクリーム。 サクランボとラフランス（洋ナシ）があったので、どちらにしようかと悩んで食べたら、美味しかったので結局もう一方も食べちゃいました＾＾； そこそこ広い駐車場があり、1000円以上の買い物をした場合に無料になるようです。また観光バスも入れるスペースがありました。
