I will start with the good point : charcuterie . I think that 's it . The amount of food is fair for the price of the course staff doing a really good job . I think the food was the breaking point in the experience , the classics hams and salamis are good but the experimentals mortadellas were for me not great I didn t like it , it might be interesting for some people but when I go to an Italian restaurant serving prosciutto and the good stuff I expect a serving of bread , when you go in Europe and especially in Italy you get at least grissini on the table , so I had to ask and pay for extra bread that is a big no for me . The first plate appetizers was useless and one of them contained a mint sauce which tasted like toothpaste . I understood at that moment that maybe the chef did not taste his own dishes ... if you want to experiment do it on yourself first please . The third plate with fried bread was ok although the black sesame salami and the corn bread could be served as it is with something fresh instead of putting it on fried bread . I have to say pasta were good gnocchi too sauce a little bit too much acidity, dessert the flan was great , the cannelé topped with watermelon ice-cream and topped with mint toothpaste sauce I didn t need it . I mean for me it would be a to go place if they were serving only a la carte charcuterie with good wine a good foccacia and grissini some fresh cheese .all the fuss in the course is not coherent, simple is better maybe think about it .thanks anyway I hope you will not take that as a bad criticism but use it to improve...

Unfortunately the rest of the courses were borderline inedible and gave the impression that the menu (which is also the only option to order) was not thought out well at all. The overall taste and balance within each course were totally off, and it was really a painful ordeal to sit through dinner. It was topped off with a dessert that featured mint ice cream that tasted like toothpaste. Really terrible food - without a doubt the worst meal I've ever had in Japan.
