You can go off menu, and request for “special items” - fresh produce that the boss will and can find that morning. Our special was Nodoguro, which is more accessible towards Ishikawa.

There was an English menu and we ordered chef's sushi set, superfine sushi set, uni sashimi, sashimi platter, negitoro handroll and miso soup. Everything was wonderful and on point.
