こちらでは、創業発売より35年以上変わらない名物の「鉄なべギョーザ」が味わえます。

また、八女地元の日本酒、“繁桝”を多く取り揃えているお店です。

今回オススメする【いいコレ】グルメは、『鉄鍋ぎょうざ こうげんの鉄なべギョーザ(10個480円）と山芋ステーキ580円』

ぎょうざは薄皮の一口サイズで皮から手作りしていて、毎日その日の湿度に合わせて配合を変えるこだわりよう。 一つひとつ丹念に手で練り上げているぎょうざは、ほとんどのお客が注文するほどの人気ぶりです。

熱々の鉄鍋で運ばれてきて、羽つきで焼き目はパリッパリ、中はジューシーで旨い！！

あんには、キャベツやネギ、豚肉などが入っていてシンプルで飽きがこない美味しさです。

特製のラー油に付けて食べると箸が止まりません。

もう一つの名物は、原料を厳選して作られる「山芋ステーキ」

山芋ステーキの具材にはタコが入っており、ふわふわの山芋とコリっとした違った食感が味わえます。 ソースの味も強くなく素材を味わえる山芋ステーキでした。
