Powerhouse food at Merubani. The Yanai branch is quite a pleasant experience to dine in since the seating is ample and spread out. The parking lot is large and it is located across from the shop. The location is also quite close to Yanai Station. I have been to the Kudamatsu branch many, many times and have always enjoyed my experience there, and this one is no different. So, so good. The naan bread is really the selling point for me. I like the plain naan, which comes buttered and is about 20-22 inches long. It's a big boy. The other variations are really nice too, but I always go back to the plain naan. I also get the chicken tikka, which is singed nicely by the tandor oven. The spices are garlicky and flavorful. I love how tender it is. The only thing I would change is the salt level. It can be a bit salty for me, but eating it with naan makes it perfect. I also like how this branch has the water pitchers on the table. Overall, come here for the mighty fine food and leave full and satisfied. Update June 13, 2024: Recently, went back and had the garlic chicken tikka. The chicken was great and had a lot of deep garlic flavor. The naan was great as always with a lot of butter on top. This place is a treasure for those who live in Yanai. Highly recommended!!

やっぱりインドカレーは外さないなぁ。 と思います。 まず、店に入った瞬間からカレーの良い匂い。 はい、美味しい。 全体的にシンプルなレイアウトが個人的に好きかなぁ。 店員さんも慣れない日本語で丁寧に接待してくれて嬉しかったです。 そしてお待ちかね。インドカレー&ガーリックチーズナン。 スパイシーな風味の奥から伝わる野菜の甘み？がとても良い。 ナンと相性抜群で、単品でも美味しいのに一緒に食べたらもう最高！ 食べるのに夢中になっちゃいますよ。 次はホウレン草のカレーにしようかな。
