This is actually the best Italian restaurant I've been to in Japan so far. The pasta tends to be low quality and undercooked and the flavour is weak but at Kazuhana the flavour is there and the pasta is homemade. You can even choose the type of pasta you want. I went with Fettuccine and it was so soft! The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. I went around 6pm and it wasn't crowded and the server was lovely. It's not at all far from the station.
