息子の誕生日に限定のアイスケーキを予約したところ誕生日の2週間前に連絡がきて在庫がないとのこと。予約時に確認出来てない時点で嫌な気持ちになりましたがこちらは息子が楽しみにしているためなんとか用意して欲しいとお願いしたところ、別のであればご案内可能出来ますと見当違いな回答をする始末。限定のが欲しいのであって一度予約を受けた手前呆れましたがなんとか用意するがお約束は出来ないと言われました。 近隣の別の店舗にご連絡したところ すんなり予約できました。 お断りの電話したところ 近隣店舗から取り寄せる手配をしようとしてましたと言い訳してきました。 最初に用意できないと言った時に近隣の店舗に確認出来なかったのかな？呆れました。 近くのロピアをよく利用しますが アイス食べたくなっても絶対いきません。 あまり口コミで悪い事は書きたくないのですが 対応が良くない...

普段はGoogleマップにレビューを書くことはないのですが、今回の接客があまりにも気になったため投稿します。

店長の対応が非常に残念でした。こちらがまとめて注文しようとしているにもかかわらず、「まとめてお願いします」と3度も繰り返され、まるで迷惑がられているような印象を受けました。

さらに、目の前のお客に目を向けることなく、ずっと別の作業を優先しており、注文時も無愛想で目を合わせることすらありませんでした。 テイスティングの渡し方も雑で、お店の楽しさや親しみが感じられず、終始居心地の悪さが残りました。
