Cuban food with occasional of other south american cuisine. This time we had Paraguay soup with salad. Do not expect an authentic food, the owner loves different cuisine and learns them from customers. She is flexible and had different customers introducing her to different dish which she sometimes put in the menu. I think I would love something more hearty and authenticity as it still feels quite Japanized. Nonetheless , Amazing service by Fumie san. Very friendly and also caring to every customer. Many regulars.

最寄りの駅は山手駅になりますが、そこからも坂を延々と登って、ようやっとたどりついた根岸森林公園。 その脇にあるキューバ料理レストランが、「La Casa De Fumie」（ラ・カサ・デ・フミエ）さんです。 このお店はラテン系のノリが前回の明るいお姉さんがワンオペで切り盛りされる、キューバを中心とした中南米料理のレストラン＆バー。 店内はカウンター・テーブル・小テーブルとあり、渾身のキューバ料理を楽しみながら少人数でじっくりと、大人数でワイワイと楽しめるお店です。 世界を旅行する事とお料理が大好きという店長さんの名はフミエさんで、そのまま「フミエの家」という店名に活かされています。 さて、この日はいろいろと注文させて頂きました！！ 「ロモサルタード」（１２００円） ロモサルタードはペルーやエクアドルの代表的な国民食で、牛肉と野菜を醤油味で炒めたもの。 えっ、醤油味！？　と思うかも知れませんが、中国から移住してきた中国人の影響を色濃く受けているんだとか。 たっぷりのご飯の上に、牛丼を思わせるようなフワフワな牛肉の薄切りと野菜を炒めたものが乗っていて、さらにホクホクなフライドポテトが盛り付けられています。 醤油味なので日本人の舌に絶妙に合うし、塩気だけではなくスッキリとした酸味も感じる事ができて、これはご飯がババババと進んでしまう！！ 「キューバプレート（チキンorポーク）」（１２００円） キューバの良いところどりをした、豪華なワンプレートです。 チキンとポークが選べますが、ここはチキンで。このチキン、皮目がパリッと・中はジュワッと・旨味ジャバジャバで、もんのすごく美味しいのよ！ 鶏肉は塩と胡椒を効かせたシンプルな美味しさだから、鶏肉本来の旨味が実に活きています。 ごはんはフェイジョン（お豆）が入ったご飯で、かなり食べ応えあり。 豆の甘さとホクホクさは、ご飯との相性がバツグンです。 こちらもスキッとした酸味が効いていて食欲をそそるし、フレッシュな野菜がたくさん入ったサルサをご飯にかけて食べると、これはもう言葉に言い表せない美味しさですねぇ。 中にしれっと仕込まれたアボカドも、良い箸休めになります。 「鶏の唐揚げプレート」（１２００円） これは子らのために注文です。 見るとビックリするような大皿に、大盛りでやってきました！ カレーはコクがあって、具沢山。そこまで辛くもないので子供でも美味しくいただけたそうで、子も「コクがあって美味しい！」とカレーを絶賛していました。 衣はカリッと・肉はジュワッとの唐揚げも、たっぷり入っているので食べ応えあります。そのわきにたっぷり添えられた野菜も良い役割しています。 ◆◇◆後記◆◇◆ こちらの名物は、なんと言ってもニコニコを絶やさない、気さくでラテンなお姉さん！！ もともとお料理が好きでお惣菜屋さんから始まって、紆余曲折を経てキューバ料理に行き着いたという異色な経歴は、聞いているだけで楽しいです。 このお店は大変お気に入りなので、いつか全メニュー制覇を目指してみたいと思います！！ お試しを！

This is a cozy little shop run by a friendly owner, and she posts her daily specials on Instagram (@fumiemiyakoshi), so you can take a look and decide on what to eat before even going there. Overall, it's a great place!
