Matsuya Shinsugita — Restaurant in Yokohama

The food is really delicious and cheap too. There were 2 of us, having a late supper after going out, it was also the first time we came to the restaurant. The restaurant has an automatic ordering machine right at the entrance so you don't have to bother the waiter. I find this very convenient for foreigners or people who don't speak Japanese very well. We ordered 2 servings of rice as shown in the picture but it only cost 1010¥, which is really cheap. There was a lot of it, so we couldn't finish the servings. いつもお世話になっており、美味しくいただいておりますが、午前３時頃にたまに居られる年配の男性がちょっと気になります。

調理場で食器を片付ける際にガシャガシャと割れそうなかなり大きな音をたてて居る。 (重くて持てないのかな？やる気が無く物に当たっている様に感じられる)

食事を注文したら、客席に出て来て掃除やら調味料の補充を始める。 (他に従業員居るのだろうと思っていたら、誰も居らず一通りやる事が終わってから調理しだす…。 作業時間３分程度だが、先に調理じゃないのかなぁ？)

麻婆豆腐の器に黄色い大きな固まりがコビリ付いていて、まさかな？？と思ったら、前の客のハンバーグか何かのチーズの固まりだった。 (器に盛る前に普通に気付かないのかなぁ…？わざと？？)

仕方無いとは思いますが、トイレにかなりの頻度で入り、たまに手をしっかり洗って居ない様な事がある。 (そう言う時に限って、私の食事の調理をされる…)

何故かその方が居られる時はワンオペなんですよね、誰か助けてあげて下さい。シフトが分かれば行きたくない位です。
