Pisola — Restaurant in Yokohama

Food is great. If it’s your first time coming, don’t be fooled by the all you can eat. I highly recommend you order from the menu if you want to save a lot of money. To me it’s way cheaper. They don’t tell you that there will be an extra charge until after you place your order. The staff comes over and tells you that you must eat everything you order or there’s an extra charge so be careful. The pasta dish and pizzas are extremely large portions. I think it’s enough for 2 to 3 persons. I ordered pizza, pasta, fried mozzarella cheese, cheese chips, ham tray, and ice cream with drink bar. The ham tray is not big only enough for 1 person I think, so don’t be fooled by the photos you see. The fried mozzarella and cheese chips, 2 people can share with no problem. You don’t want to eat too much cheese alone. My entire time there it took nearly the entire time to bring the dishes out 1 by 1. You can only order from the line app so make sure you really order your food or you will be waiting for no reason. All I can say is ¥10,000 later and I’m still hungry from the slow kitchen response. If I would just order the same dishes from the menu it would have been half the price I paid so newcomers beware if it’s your first visit. To many kids running around and screaming so of course really noisy during my visit. I do recommend this...

An eye-catching building along the 3rd Ring Road. Balinese style. Might be a little difficult to get to by public transport? I ordered a set. I also got a double risotto and pasta and was full. It would be easier to have a conversation if they could turn down the volume of the background music a little....

新しくオープンしたということで3月8日の夜に来店しました。

店内の雰囲気はよく、客層も特に問題を感じることはありませんでした。お子さん連れは多かったですね。段差のある半個室風の座席はプライベート感も出ていて良かったです。隣の窓側の席も半個室風でクッションもあり座り心地良さそうでした。

特に驚いたのがドリンクバー。生ジュースと紅茶各種＋チャイが飲み放題で、以前泊まった1泊2万のホテルと同等の品揃え＋クオリティでした！　料理も1品1品どれも美味しかったので、この近辺でのイタリアンチェーン店としてはかなりオススメできると思います。

19時ちょうどに受付に着きましたが、その時点で満席＋外まで並んでいる状況でした。受付でLINE予約をしましたが、10組待ちで45分後に案内されました（スムーズに入りたい方は事前予約がオススメかも）。 20時をすぎると空席がぽつぽつと増えてましたので、時間をずらしての来店も良いかもしれません。

以下、細かい話になります。

料理は座席のボタンで店員を呼び出すか、QRコードを読み取って表示される専用Webサイトで注文する形式です。

着席後、食べ飲み放題を口頭で伝えて、その後、QRコードで料理を注文したのですが、1品1品くるのにかなり時間がかかりました。前菜のつもりで最初に数品頼んだのですが、最初の10分でソーセージが来てから、20分ぐらい1品もこない状況でした。とくに生ハムとサラミの盛り合わせは完全に忘れられていたようで催促を2回して注文から1時間20分後に来ました。

隣のお客さんも催促をしていたり、また別のお客さんは店員さんに向かって結構大きな声で「30分待って頼んだデザート来ないのでキャンセルして」と言っていたり、オペレーションについては課題がある印象でした（開店直後でオペレーションが成熟していない＋そもそも調理から提供まで時間がかかるイタリアン料理だから遅いという背景もあるかとは思いますが……）
