Shinsei — Restaurant in Yokohama

The fish and fried rice here were absolutely delicious — I genuinely enjoyed every single bite. The flavors were well-balanced, the fish was perfectly cooked with a nice crisp on the outside, and the fried rice had just the right amount of seasoning without being too oily. You can tell the kitchen puts effort into preparing quality dishes, and it really shows in the final product.

Ramen isn't really good at this place... However they have a really special dish that is awesome! Chahan!! This is really good, tasty and a big dish for those that are really hungry! I always order the niniku...
