Syabu-Yo — Restaurant in Yokohama

This is a very family friendly restaurant. The way it works is you order everything via a tablet at your tables. There are two hot plates on the table with cast iron pots. You get to pick your sauces you have up to 2 sauces in a pot. Then choose the type of meat 🍖🥓 you want . They have chicken 🍗 pork beef 🍖 and several types of veggies. You can go to the buffet and get as much as you want. A nice treat is when the food is ready it brought out to you by the cat 😺 robot. Then you cook or boil the meat. There are several types of sauces that you can pick as dipping sauce.they had about 6 different flavors. For dessert which is included you can have cotton candy or soft serve ice cream 🍦 or a variety of other types. This was my first time coming to Shabu-Yo. Admittedly, I am sometimes quite skeptical of chain restaurants. However, our dining experience at this restaurant was phenomenal. The choice of vegetables and meats was staggering, the broths that we chose we really nice, and the service was exceptional. We almost never had any finished dishes at our table because staff was constantly picking things up. The variety and quality of this place far exceeded my expectations. We will absolutely be coming again and I insist that you try this place if you have never...

It's great fun if you are with kids. There is the "cat robot" delivering the refills of meet or other side dishes. There is a huge buffet for vegetables (for shabu-shabu), salad, ramen, ice cream, waffles, etc. It's actually too much to explore in just one visit. Meet is good, the various sauces too (there are 6 or 7 different kinds of dips available). Absolute recommended, but be aware, it's not a Michelin...
