TRICK — Restaurant in Yokohama

Broth has a light taste (shoyu) which means you get to enjoy the taste of the meat more. I ordered the special shoyu bowl with pork, beef, chicken and egg along with the noodle. The beef is the winner here. Will come back to try salt (shio) flavor soup.

Better check the time this ramen shop is open and then come early as line can be long most of the time.

Location is easy to find as it is very near the Yoshinocho subway station (1 minute walk from exit 3) and in the corner of a road intersection.

For those who does not speak or read Japanese, it can get difficult to order as there is no english menu. The guy who takes order speaks little...

期待以上の素晴らしい体験でした。スープは濃厚で深い味わいがあり、見た目も美しく、一口食べるごとに感動が広がりました。味玉のとろけるような滑らかさと鶏の旨味が絶妙に組み合わさっており、全体的にバランスの取れた最高のラーメンでした。ラーメン好きにはぜひ試していただきたい一杯です。

久しぶりの訪問。 平日の夜ながら、4組待ちでさすがの人気店。 当時のここのらーめんは、めちゃくちゃ好みだったので、記憶を思い返しながら並びました。

メニューは少し変わっていましたが、ずっと食べたかった醤油を中心に食券の購入！ ※食べ過ぎです（笑） ・特製鶏の醤油らーめん ・鶏の塩らーめん ・ピリ辛鶏そぼろご飯

美味しい！ 素材にこだわっているからこその雑味のなさと、奥深い味わい。 麺は、細めながら小麦の香りを感じられて美味しい。喉越しもいいので、啜ると小麦の香りと醤油の香りが一気に広がる。 具材はそれぞれは美味しいが、少しまとまりを感じらなかったので、シンプルにしてもいいかも。 個人的には、塩よりも醤油派でした。
