ランチで来ました。食べたのはチャーシューメンと半チャーハン。 半チャーハンは熱々が出てきて期待通りの味でした。 チャーシューメンは麺は硬め、そのほかは普通で。しっかりとした旨味があって大変美味しく頂きました。麺は太めなので硬めにしなくてもよかったかも。トッピングは紅生姜はアクセントとしておススメ、辛子味噌は旨味を消すのでイマイチ、ニンニクは最高に美味しい、というのが個人的な感想です。 なお、ザーサイ食べ放題は地味に嬉しい。（夜に来よう。）

I came here for lunch. I ate pork noodles and half fried rice. Half fried rice came out hot and tasted as expected. Char siu noodles have hard noodles and are otherwise normal. It had a strong flavor and was very delicious. The noodles are thick, so you may not like it hard. My personal impression is that red ginger is recommended as a topping as an accent, mustard miso is not good because it eliminates the umami, and garlic is the most delicious.
