京急久里浜駅に隣接する商業施設『ウィング久里浜』の2階にあるカフェです。 ウィング久里浜内、及びこの商業施設の周辺にもレストランやカフェは多数あるのですが、建物自体が駅と直結していること、気軽に利用できるチェーン店のカフェがあまり多くないことから、利用客はこのカフェに集中しやすく、特に休日は大混雑します。席数は多いものの居心地のいい環境であるため長く利用する客も多く、客の回転はあまりよくはないように思います。スタッフの接客対応は、そのような環境に慣れているからかスムーズな接客対応となっており、特に不愉快に感じる要素はありませんでした。 給仕されるドリンクや料理の質・種類は、他のエクセルシオールと遜色ありません。

The staff's service was smooth and efficient, likely due to their experience in handling such a busy environment, and I didn’t find any aspect of their service unpleasant. As for the drinks and food served, their quality and variety are comparable to other locations of Excelsior Caffé.
