There is limited parking in front of the store. Once you go into the restaurant, you can review the menu, place your order, and have a seat. Now, that’s what I call getting straight to business. You can order for dine in or take out, but since you have probably already driven some distance to get there, you might as well dine in and enjoy the vibes of the restaurant. There is plenty seating available.
After placing your order, it doesn’t take long for the order to be fulfilled. They will call your number, you pick up your food, return the number, go back to your seat, and get busy. I had the #3, three hard tacos and soup with some nachos on the side. Though I expected the hard tacos to be crunchy, it still was satisfying and went well with the soup. The price for all that was a ¥1,300. I thought it was a pretty good price.
There are free items such as jalapeños and salsa that you can add to your food. Also, they have plenty of napkins and cutlery that you can help yourself to. It was an enjoyable experience and I was satisfied with meal, customer service, and pricing. Also, the location is near some great attractions such as Cape Zanpa.

Read moreI recently visited Sabroso and tried their birria tacos and shrimp tacos. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
The birria tacos were quite delicious, flavorful and satisfying. However, compared to other taco spots in Okinawa, I’d rank them around third place. The caldo de birria needed a bit more time on the stove; the broth was a bit mild and lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. A longer simmer might bring out richer, more authentic flavors.
The shrimp tacos had potential, but the pre-cooked shrimp somewhat detracted from the overall quality. Freshly cooking the shrimp per order, which would only add about two minutes, could elevate these tacos significantly, potentially moving them up to second place in my rankings.
On the bright side, the tortillas were spot-on fresh and soft, earning a solid 2 out of 3 for freshness. They complemented the fillings nicely and added a nice texture to the tacos.
In conclusion, Sabroso has a solid foundation with tasty tacos and excellent tortillas, but with some tweaks, especially in the preparation of the broth and shrimp, it could become a top contender among...
