After moving from Tokyo I had hoped to find a mom and pop type ramen shop nearby like we had in Tokyo and to our luck we found Aguri.
Less than 5 mins walking, albeit all up hill on the return trip, this place was a dream come true.
Both English and Japanese menus, but there are more items available on the Japanese menu than the English. I doubt many non-japanese reading people would ever notice.
Had the tantanmen and my wife had the chashu. Both were excellent and only a 5 or so min wait to prepare.
Went during rush hour on a weekend, so there was a 10 or so min wait due to being a small establishment. But, given the quality of the broth and overall atmosphere we will continue to frequent this place.... especially in the "winter" months.

Let’s talk quality! Just wow! I was blown away with her TanTanMen! This one woman band knows what she’s doing! And doing it well! From cooking, taking order and payments andl of course bussing the tables! Hats off to you! GOCHISOSAMA!

Pro: amazing broth (shrimp base best base) noodles hand made all dente chef is passionate about her shop Price can't be beat!!!! small menu, but you know she has perfected all of them!
Con: appearance can be deceiving only sits 4 tables! So make sure you go early or at off times!
