1.First things first, they do provide lunch here but have different menus every day, and food here is more like vegan food besides bakery. You can make it to go but I highly recommend eating there because it's really chilling and relaxing. 2.They have a traditionally styled oven at the back, which you can see that all the baking process is in an older way, like before we introduce electric/gas oven into our lives. 3.I got a cinnamon roll and a lunch sandwich. The cinnamon roll is really different from the other bakery stores. It's much less sweet and chewier in general. And the sandwich there is amazing!! I wanted to try the curry there but they didn't have it the day I went there. 4.Parking is on the main road and it was full when we went there, so we parking on the other side of the road which is right next to the sign of Suein Bakery. We were kind of worry about it might not be cool to park on the roadside at first but when we came out, everyone else who couldn't find a parking spot started parking there after us. I guess we were parking pioneers then. 5. It was busy the whole time when we were there but it didn't affect the staff there to provide really good customer service. Some small details like bringing us another chair so we could have someplace to put our handbags. HEALING. This is the first thing that came into my mind when they brought my food out. Now I think about it more, if the healthy food they provide is for human's physical condition, then the whole atmosphere there is probably for mental relaxing. I am a huge fan of trees since I was a kid, and with time going by, I gradually extend the tree-loving thing into a whole nature-loving thing. This place is just like those forest dreams I had and I always found a hidden tribe at the end, where people live their lives without worries, pressure. They barely talk but always have smiles on their faces as if they've seen through everything. This bakery store gives me the exact same feelings. Anyways, thanks for reading!!!

Wonderful place to grab coffee/tea and enjoy some fresh baked goods. The ambiance is fantastic and definitely one of my new favorite spots. Almost everything here happens to be vegan/plant-based and the bakers and baristas are more than happy to answer any questions you might have about allergens or dietary preferences. We’ve tried the Rum Chai, coffee, and about 10 different breads and everything has been great. They have a chocolate eclair that is amazing, delicious cinnamon rolls and Okinawan brown sugar steam buns just to name a few favorites. I could go on but come try them yourself. We will definitely be back again and again! (Remember to bring cash, but if you forget there’s a Family Mart down the street with an ATM). UPDATE: So we finally tried the Masala Dosa and it was one of the best meals we’ve had on Okinawa! Everything about it was fantastic (picture attached). They aren’t always serving it but when they are… just wow.

After you park near the museum/zakimi ruins, you have to walk down for around 3 minutes to locate this quaint and rustic bakery cafe (we came by a pathway through the sloping roads and then past the trees but I think you could also walk down a flight of stairs). Not many seats but we were lucky enough to be able to get some seats for dining in. Love the warm and cozy environment, staff was really friendly too. I'm usually not a bread person but I can tell you that the bread is Amazing and it was all freshly baked on site. We also ordered soups which were hearty and so good. The cutlery and plates they used were really rustic and pretty too. Also please order the hot chocolate (it's one of the best I had). Do remember to visit the donkey behind the bakery (near the toilet) and also you might get a surprise visit by one of the local cats.

The ambience here is just amazing - rustic, hip and warm. The house is rickety and old but the place was very well decorated in wood with various types of seating for small and large groups. I came at a random hour in the afternoon and much of their baked goods sold out. The scone was great with interesting ingredient combinations and the sponge cake was good too. I had also a chai tea latte and it tasted great, pretty legit in flavor and they give you a separate bowl of brown sugar(?) to make it sweeter according to your tastes. The lady there was extremely helpful and later gave me a complimentary bread on my way out. I definitely recommend this place if you want to be transported out of the city into a farmhouse type of place surrounded by greenery.

This place was so fun and so cool! It's a tiny little bakery that's super rustic that looks like it's family run. They serve several kinds of home made bread and some amazing beverages. I had the rum chai tea. I also had the peanut butter bread which was just a perfect amount of peanut butter flavor in the bread. The owners are super nice and helpful. The parking is super weird. The shop is down an alley way but you have to park at a small lot across the street from the alleyway. They only take cash.

Love this place, i have been here with my family, the place is hidden in a small angle of paradise in the heart of Zakimi area . They have a small selection of good quality breads, and a curry special for lunch, wich i heard is only available on week ends, if i don't mistake, i recomend to phone before and ask if interested in it, its very delicious, and it reminded me when i travelled to Sri Lanka. Above all the atmosphere is very nice and relaxed. I think its a place that it should be visited.
