I recently had a disappointing experience at Bloom Coffee. I visited the same shop last year and want to recommend to my family this year when we are back. While they have tables available, they refused to accommodate our party of 8 people. The reason they provided was that they are unable to handle multiple large orders simultaneously, even if we were willing to wait.

This policy of turning away larger groups, even when tables are open, is quite frustrating. I understand restaurants need to manage their capacity, but refusing service to willing customers seems like poor business practice. Especially for a restaurant that specializes in group dining experiences.

The food at Okinawa is generally good, but the inflexible seating policy means I cannot recommend it for parties larger than 6 people. It's a shame, as I was hoping to enjoy a meal there with a group of friends. However, the rigid restrictions on group size left me feeling let down by the overall experience.

In the future, I would advise others to carefully check Okinawa's group dining policies before making a reservation, to avoid the disappointment I faced. While the food may be tasty, the inability to accommodate larger parties makes Okinawa a less than ideal choice for group gatherings and celebrations.
