読谷村のJA市場でお買い物をしました。 委託販売コーナーに置かれていた『べにや』さんの『うぐいす餅』、柔らかくておいしそうだったので、原材料を見るとなんと『無添加』餅菓子は柔らかさを保つため、トレハロースが添加されている商品がほとんどですが、こちらの商品は原材料シンプルで『餅米、餅粉、うぐいすあん、きな粉』だけでした！ 無添加商品を極力選ぶようにしているので、即購入しました！ ※賞味期限は翌日の24時迄 購入した当日の夜食べましたが、お餅も柔らかく、甘すぎないうぐいす餡で美味しかったです。 何より添加物が入っていないのがうれしいです(^-^) お店で販売されているかわからないですが、こちらのお店の近くに行くことがあれば、お店にも...
