One of my favorite places in Okinawa. The owner is very kind and speaks english (I always appreciate it since learning japanese has been very challenging and I still stumble 😅). She remembered be even after a few months of not seeing her. The bagels are absolutely delicious. The perfect amount of chew in my opinion. I love seeing her new creations and specials, but my absolute favorites are the zakimi bagel, which features taro from the owner’s father’s farm, and the salted sea kelp! They’re both very unique and delicious. My only regret is not finding this gem sooner. But thankful for the delicious treats I’ve been able to enjoy. She sells out very quickly, so I suggest following her on instagram or facebook. But if you do miss out one day, try again! Her bagels are worth it. You can even freeze them and enjoy them later!
