I don't have enough experience in this area to say if this is the best ramen shop in Yonago, but one thing seems certain: This shop is certainly aspiring to be the best. Just look at their website...that's right, a beautiful website, for a ramen shop! Inside the restaurant here is some cozy counter-seating, but also quite a few dining tables, making this great for a sit-down meal with friends and family. Half of the tables are Japanese style, half western style, and the tables and chairs must have been found at a nice local antique shop...surprisingly elegant. The service was fast, accurate, they understood every word precisely, got the order in, and the food on the table faster than the blink of an eye. Our family ordered tantanmen, shoyu ramen, and shio ramen, we also had their chahan rice, kara age, and gyoza. Everything was excellent quality. We had also asked for an additional spice for the tantanmen, and they delivered an excellent custom boost.
