梼原町の街中にある自家焙煎の珈琲専門店です。落ち着いた雰囲気の店内には、カウンター席とテーブル席が３つ用意されています。壁の棚には、たくさんの種類のコーヒー豆と、個性的なコーヒーカップも並んでいます。 コーヒーは、自分好みの豆を選んでどうぞ！です。今回は、グアテマラの豆にしました。お湯の熱さも豆の特徴に合わせて変えてるそうです。こだわりですね。ケーキは、おススメのバタークリームケーキを選びました。あっさりとは言えないが、しつこさは全くなく美味しくいただきました。 ご主人は無口ですが、奥様は明るい笑顔でお話してくれます。地元の普段着のおじさんが桜の話を奥様と盛り上がってました。地元の人も集まる本格的な珈琲専門店。素敵な場所です。おすすめです。

淡々黙々とコーヒーを淹れ続けるマスターと、ほんわりやわらかな雰囲気の奥さんがされています。 ちょうどぐるめ祭りのときだったせいか、立て続けにお客さんが来て、入れない方もいるほどでした。 FLAGブレンドをお願いしました。 苦くておいしいコーヒーでした。苦いけれど、雑味が無くて、飲みやすかったのです。 行った時間にはケーキが置いてありましたが、初めて行ったときも頼んだバタークリームケーキを食べました。 子供のころはバタークリームのケーキばかりだったので懐かしい感じだし、苦いコーヒーにとっても合います。 梼原に行った際はまた行きたいです。
