The katsu Curry is good. Good flavor but not too much "depth" if that makes sense. Wasn't big on the katsu don, didn't even finish it. On the bright side, it's relatively cheap and the food came out quick. Also served tea as soon as your seated. So all in all, if you don't know where to go and want a quick bite of some katsu, "generally speaking" you won't go wrong coming here.

246座間西原交差点にあるかつや。 何度か寄ったが夜間帯のバイトの質が酷くなったね　ホントにアマチュア。2025/9/27 21:00過ぎの空いてる時に訪店、カウンター座るも後から来た客に給茶するがこちらを無視？敢えて黙って気付くのを待つがダメ。新規客が着席したことはタチンボのバイト君の顔見てたらこっちを見たから認識していると思うんだが茶が出てこない。仕方ないからタブレット注文後、注文品を持ってきても茶がでてないことに気が付かない。うーん それだけでなく、テーブル待ちの客に待たせておいてあとから来た客を先にテーブルに案内、先待ちの客が怒って帰っちまってもキョトン。おいおい。バイト同士の連携が取れてない、ていうか取りまとめやってる奴の目配りが足らないね。しっかりしろよ、サンシップ！ フェア定食のサバかつが美味かったので、星2つ 笑

お茶碗の横に、生卵が付着していました。 持った瞬間にヌルッとしたため、店員（男性バイト？）に黄色い物が付着していると話をし、新しい物と交換して貰ったが、ちゃんと何が付着していたか把握をしていなかったのか、代わりのご飯を持って来た際にこちらの、カツのお皿にこちら側が出したカラシが目に付いたのか、同じ色だけで判断しあからさまに客が着けたかの様な態度を取られ、厨房でも他の従業員と話している様子。 （写真の黄色い部分にカラシ•オレンジ色に生卵•元あった場所にスペースがあるのに、緑色に持って来たお茶碗ん無理矢理置かれる。カラシ着き様が無い位置卵は付着） 話し声、聞こえてますよ？言いませんでしたが、かなり不快でした。 そもそも、生卵が茶碗に付着した状態で提供するとか、不衛生過ぎて酷過ぎます。

I love this place and I eat here about once a week. The Curry katsu is off the hook. You really can't get a bad meal here and the prices are great. Customer service is...
