UPDATE (8 FEB 2020): This place is still awesome. They have a free tasting corner so you can choose your brew. They now serve coffee milk as well if you don’t like black coffee. ———— Great coffee shop! Definitely the place to go if you want to try a variety of trendy speciality coffee. It’s black pour-over only, no sugar or cream was offered. They have a few seats to sit and enjoy. Price ranged from ¥350-550 per cup. They sell the beans too and that ranges from ¥800-2500. They speak a little English and were VERY American friendly! They gave us a free tasting of 5 different brews while we waited for our pour-over. Highly recommend if you like quality coffee!

A master of his craft. This is probably the most unique coffee roaster I've been to. He doesn't have regular hours so you need to check on his website when he opens. This roaster has a wide variety of coffee with the most expensive one costing around 2000 JPY. The 2000 JPY one is definitely very good but I don't think I'm good enough to distinguish the difference between the 2000 and 1000 one. I also had the latte which in my opinion is the best latte I've ever tasted. The coffee pairs perfectly with the milk. One downside to this roaster is that I feel the portion is a bit too small. I would've loved to enjoy more of his excellent coffee 😅.

相鉄さがみ野駅北口から大通りに出てそのまま北に徒歩数分ほど、大通り沿いに突如現れるソリッドな佇まいのスペシャルティコーヒーの専門店。 モルタル塗りに焙煎機やテーブル等すべてブラックで統一された店内。 聞いたところ、ほぼ週末しかやっていないらしく、ファンの方が朝から並ばれるようですので夕方の方が落ち着いているようです。 基本的には後述のドリップとなり、アイスは一部の豆でコールドブリュー（水出しコーヒー）が選べます。 エスプレッソメニューはないと思います。 今回はRED POIZONの4thアニバーサリーブレンドをいただきました。 抽出は新しいクレバードリッパーでしょうか、ゆったり蒸らして香りを立たせるには良いかもしれません。 ワイニーナチュラル系のブレンドのようですが、他店のワイニーはストロベリー系の香りが強く、ワインというアルコール系の雰囲気はやや控えめだったりしますが、ここのブレンドはそれを補うようにブランデーというかバーボンの樽香のような雰囲気が漂うコーヒー。 これをバレルエイジドしてないならすごい技術だなと思います。 口当たりは柔らかく、ただただコーヒーとブランデーの雰囲気を纏う甘いコーヒーフレーバーウォーターという質感。 長くゆったり楽しみたいコーヒー。 せっかくここまできたのでもう一杯。 ブラジルのイパネマ農園をいただきました。 アロマはブラウンシュガーにやや小豆のような雰囲気も感じます。 口当たりはマイルドで柔らかくアプリコット？マンゴー？系の黄色いフルーツ系の雰囲気の柔らかい酸と甘みのあるとてもきれいなコーヒー。 雰囲気だけでなく、終始ブラウンシュガーというかシロップのような甘い香り続き、こちらも休日の午後に似合うコーヒーですね。 マスターと奥さんでしょうか、お店の雰囲気とは裏腹にとても気さくで話しやすい方々でお客さんとも和やかに会話されています。 席は少ないのですがとても居心地よくファンが多いのもうなずけます。 個人的にはちょっと遠いのですが、近くの方は、ぜひコーヒーの違う扉を開きに訪れてほしい一店。

Great coffee and great people. The owners are super nice and friendly. They have samples of all the coffee so you can taste a bit of each before deciding what beans to buy. You can also order a cup of coffee to drink there. The husband custom made his own coffee roaster which is in the shop as well.

Will most likely be buying my coffee from here...
