Kitchen Bitte — Restaurant in Zushi

Located just down from the Higashi Zushi station, Bitte is an old-style western diner-style restaurant (洋食屋). I visited just after they opened for dinner time. Being a weekday evening, the restaurant wasn’t crowded. I had “omu-rice”, fried rice wrapped in an omelet. The Demi glacé sauce was rich, eggs fluffy, and the fried rice complemented the eggs and sauce. The dish came with a small crispy salad on the side.
