Plemont Beach Cafe — Restaurant in Saint Ouen

In my view, this is the best place for breakfast in Jersey. The food is fresh, tasty, and served in generous portions. The staff are always kind, friendly, and attentive, which makes the experience even better. The view is second to none – on a clear day you can see Guernsey, Sark, and Herm, and afterwards exploring the beach is an adventure in itself.

The veggie and vegan options are excellent – I usually go for the vegan breakfast, which comes with a lovely portion of avocado. The waffles are also fantastic, with very generous servings and the choice of Nutella or maple syrup. For something a little lighter, the fruit waffle is a great option. And the coffee here is really good too, which makes it the perfect spot to relax.

This place does a really nice lunch and breakfast, and would strongly recommend. Having waffles and eggs while you watch the tide go out here is one of the best things you can do in Jersey. The food is also reasonably priced and there is a nice atmosphere inside. They also do ice creams and not over charged buckets and spades. A chicken burger that was as tall as a tower and needed some planning to tackle, came with a good size side salad and thick chips. Service was really quick and friendly. We were lucky to be able to park 'at the bottom' of the hill otherwise the main car park is a good walk down the cliff path. Sadly parking has recently been slightly reduced at the bottom.
