So what to say .... Making the order preety easy ..... after that the funny part , whaitin for the order ... 1h ... 2h ... even tried to call a few times to see what is going on no luck the phone if probably for display only . Do to the fact that is a fast food is not possible to wait 3.30h for your order and when your tired of waiting you go in to speak with them to see what is happening and your being told that they are sorry for that and that if you want it can be ready in 10min. What ?????? The staff have no ideea about anythig and the ''manager'' what the h..l we tried to speak with but the only thing that he did was to recheck to see that I really ordered online. Everyone else was speaking for him, why are you on that position if you can't solve anything out? Guys do something to solve your problems us customers we expect a quality service for the money that we pay. And by they way you have a phone number and you have a phone ... so god dam answer...

The worst experience on my trip to Jersey. I went initially to pizza express but found no place so had to go to dominos which wasn’t busy at all. I’m few minutes, I realised the reason for the discrepancy in attendance here and there. Food took ages to be ready. No utensils at all. Staff claimed that they work mostly for delivery and that people rarely come to dine in!!! What an excuse not to have plastic forks or knifes. And as if I’m eating at Dominos, I’m expected to bring my utensils with me. No ketchup for example!! Staff were apologetic but apprehensive at the same time with no clear explanations or solutions. Ended up eating my coleslaw at home for example after eating the pizza in the shop Small things but show you why this place is never going to reach the levels of pizza express or Pizza Hut in my opinion Never ever...

My first and last visit. So there was no stuffed crust at the beginning. So I ordered a classic crust. One margarita and a farmhouse without onion. I will mention that I am a vegetarian. After 20 minutes I came to pick up. The 4 service guys ignored me. After waiting a minute, a grumpy service man asked me what I need. And here there was a lack of professionalism on my part because I did not check the contents of the boxes. Upon returning home one of the pizzas was margaritas while my farmhouse turned out to be pepperoni. Medium quality crust at the sub-pizzeria level....
