We visited based on the tremendous reviews. We were left very disappointed. First of all it’s merely a snack van with some crumbling picnic benches. Prices are far to high for what you get. Food was average, service was very slow and we had to repeatedly chase up our orders which meant we all ate separately. Ordered some cakes n scones, paid for them, they never came n were then told they didn’t have what we ordered so got some substitutes which again we had to chase up. The two young people bringing food were friendly but the girl who appeared to be doing the cooking had a...

Only bought a coffee ! as I felt rushed to order while studying the menu .I WAS going to bring my visiting relatives here for food but will NOT bother now due to the rude ignorant attitude of being asked ( by the woman Mary . ) in front of people sitting there, was I photographing the Menu Prices ? which she took down while I was on the phone to a friend . I felt very embarrassed by her , she should put up a NOTICE not to take photos ( including the sea view) so as not to embarrass future custom ? Expensive compared to better...

Cute little stall, with a surprising range of food; crab sandwiches, burgers (vegan options too) and sandwiches/rolls. Quaint area I guess, kind of depressing due to the run down abandoned hotel right next to it. However this might be temporary as it seemed to be in the demolition process! Lovely views of course. Nice, knowledgeable staff too. Overall a pretty decent spot for lunch, and maybe a walk along the rocky beach. Be wary that it’s at the bottom of a huge hill, so make you have gas in your tank or charge in your electric...

What a great little find. Took a walk along the coast path and found Mad Mary in the Bay. Not too busy when we went which was midday. Had Coffee and Cake. The carrot cake was pretty amazing and I assume home made. Service was quick and they brought it to our table. The view was amazing and great spot to relax. Our dogs loved the walk and welcomed by Mad Mary. Mad Mary is the older one of the 2.

We hiked here from bonne nuit bay. It was very windy so there was no one, Mary was very nice and we had the most delicious scone with cream and jam (a chocolate muffin as well, very nice but it's hard to compete after the delicious scone). Don't hesitate!!
