I’ve only had the Shawarma here and the food itself is good. Portion is very good for that shawarma also. The location is nice and the decoration is beautiful.
But the service from the cashier is not great. The cook and the other workers were kind and helpful. I recommend you pay by card.
When it comes to paying in cash the cashier is very very stingy when giving change. I was there with a classmate and we tried paying separately…he refused to give me change back and told me I can pay for both and get the change back from my classmate.
He told my classmate to go to Kareem Market next door and get change when my classmate said he didn’t have exact change to give me.
I went again another day and this time I paid upfront to avoid any issues. He gave me back change in very small coins. I got the feeling this was to make things more difficult than needed on purpose.
I have shopped all over Amman and never seen this kind of behavior when paying in cash. As the restaurant you should have change available and not make your customers run to the market for change. We are talking about paying with 5JD. Or 10JD not 50JD. If there was ever a time other places didn’t have change they would smile and say sorry and either go get some or we come up with a solution together where maybe I go get change.
Even though the food is enjoyable I will not go back here to eat because the last thing I want after a good meal is frustration when it comes to paying or dealing with...

Rice Kubbah كبة حلب Potato Kubbah پتيتة جاپ Hikkakah (Crust Rice - حكاكة) White Beans يابسة Okra بامية Lamb Shoulder كتف White Rice with Noodles and Almond Nuts تمن Dolma دولمه In all honesty everything for us scored as close as one can get to 10/10 that is except the Dolma it scored 5/10 as it wasn't up to my standard One other DISADVANTAGE is this restaurant permits Smokers to smoke at the table while those who don't smoke have no choice but to suffer. Regrettably, I will never come here again even though the food was really good, I Don't Enjoy...
