We're visiting for summer vacation and decided to come check it out for a late night snack. We didn't go on the crane, but honestly, the ground floor was probably just as amazing. Service makes or breaks a restaurant experience, and our server (he told us his name was Diya'a Kanaan) did a great job at welcoming us and providing friendly service the entire time. Everyone working there was so friendly and kind! The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating areas, and both are elegant and relaxed atmospheres. Fountains inside and out. Menu is vast and diverse, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, drink, smoothie and dessert options. The chicken burger was juicy, the apple crumble is a must try, the brownie with ice cream was a classic guilty pleasure, and the crab salad was okay (too much mayonnaise). Lattes were good. My mom said the greek salad was super fresh. If you sit outside you can see the crane being raised and lowered. Unfortunately my experience was not positive. I asked to book at 6pm and they confirmed it, only to discover that the boarding time was 6.45pm and I had to wait an hour. They could have told me when booking. One group arrived late and made us miss the sunset, which was one of the things I most wanted to see. I was also put in a place with absolutely no sight. I asked why and they told me that the structure rotates, allowing everyone to enjoy the view. BUT IT'S NOT TRUE. I didn't see anything for the whole dinner. This completely ruined my experience. When I reported the problem, I was given rude responses. The only person who spoke English was assigned to other guests and I was left alone and without assistance for the entire duration of the dinner. The cook hit on me. He made advances towards me and even asked for my phone number because he wanted to meet me outside the club. I had to tell him I was married to make him stop. Absurd. My husband and I went for our anniversary and it was such an incredible experience. The food was really delicious, the staff were so friendly and made all the customers enjoy their time. They took photos and videos of us, put on music of our choosing, answered all our questions. If you have a fear of heights it’s pretty intense but really a phenomenal experience that you gotta cross off your bucket list! I had bomali salad and the lamb shank and both were so good. We did order a cake to celebrate our anniversary and we didn’t receive the rest of the cake on our way out, so if you want it you’d probably have to ask for it. Highly recommend you...
