Food: delicious but it have one issue to work on: Arabic Salad: disappointing since it came in faint dressing, it was more like chopped vegetables than real salad

Shawerma: delicious as usual but they arrived in room temp although it is suppose to be hot due to the famous shawerma they make

Safeeha meat: again another delicious plate but it is not straight from the oven

BBQ: delicious and warm but guess what..... the onions and tomato was cold...not room temp but coming for fridge cold

Over all they make delicious food but I am not sure why it is served like that, maybe they cook it before hand and heat it before serving which is bad strategy since the heat will not reach the core, sure if they try to heat the core that means it will become dry....either way will leave you with bad results

Price: above average but it is acceptable

To be honest I tried the restaurant twice the first time it was good but I did not like the staff's style at all they dealt with it in an arrogant way and the second time it was very very very bad the service is very bad and the staff were in the same way I ordered chicken kabsa it was very average and unfortunately cold and I ordered two lamb mansaf and two soft drinks the food was very late and came cold the meat was chewed a lot we told them about the problem and they did not respond the soft drinks arrived late the family did not finish the mansaf meals because it was bad and we asked for bread that was baked in front of us and they did not bring it and with that they took 2.00 JD service tax on the bill and I did not find the service at all knowing that when we finished we told the cashier about the problem and they did not...
