Honestly speaking, my expectations were much higher from the posts i have seen on their instagram account prior to going to the restaurant. The seats of the booths are very uncomfortable and the table between both booths is too narrow, i had to sit with half my body hanging out to reach my plate. The waiter apparently didnt know how to properly take our order because there were mistakes; the buffalo ranch sandwich was supposed to be served on a baguette but what was served was a burger bun, and the seafood fukhara was supposed to be with lemon sauce but it was served with extra spicy buffalo sauce, but it still tasted good. The salad needed extra vinaigrette dressing (which we ordered), and more artichoke because one artichoke for a salad served for 5 people is definitely not enough. The fries were really crunchy and tasted good. Overall, one visit to this restaurant is more than enough if you are going to eat, but if you would only like a drink and shisha then that might be a better option. Although it might be more crowded at nights...
Read moreTerrible service (except for Shisha people) & poor management.
Details: The guy assigned to our table lacked hospitality skills and seemed unfamiliar with basic service practices. He continuously pushed for us to order the new shisha for an increased charge. Despite requesting a birthday brownie (from him and another manager who claimed he will definitely cover this up) complete with a name and candle for celebration, we received a plain sad brownie (after waiting forever) without any festive elements. Furthermore, he forgot to include the brownie on the bill and proceeded to chase after me to pay the difference in an unprofessional manner, even in the presence of the manager, and gave a terrible attitude. San used to be one of my favorite spots, but after this experience, I am disappointed and unlikely to return. There is a definite need for improvement in both service...
Read moreMe and my friends called them to check whether its full or not. They said we r more than welcome to be. 3 mins after that call me and my friends arrived and got in the store , first thing that was said to us “Sorry but the store is full” although it didn’t look like its full at all and we literally just called them 3mins ago and they said it isn’t. We told them “but we just called yall and u said we r welcome” they said they’re sorry but its full now. After we got into the elevator we saw them letting other people inside. Gas money spent to get humiliated there for absolutely no reason , no idea if they r racist or smthn but the only thing ik is that u shouldnt go there at all. Wouldn’t recommend at all worst cafe in Amman , never saw this kind of disrespectful service here in jordan or even in...
