As a frequent customer since they opened two years ago, I can confidently say they’re the best coffee house in amman, mainly because they don’t just serve good coffee but also the best fresh baked goods and breakfasts 😍 I almost went over the whole menu and tried the seasonal drinks, I love the bagel or crossiant/drink combo for breakfast, the flavors go so well together. I like to order white mocha with mint or white tea with honey. I also love the strawberry Crème crossiant! The lotus donuts and pecan pie are so heavenly as well. the staff are very friendly and will make sure you like what you ordered. I also like to order full cakes and mini bites for birthday celebrations & special occasions because they’re very reasonably priced. the atmosphere is great whether you’re studying/working or just chilling and you can choose to sit inside or outdoors. I just had to take a moment to shout out Rania at the Mecca Street branch! Honestly, it’s not every day you come across someone in Jordan who goes above and beyond with customer service like she does. Her smile? It's contagious—it genuinely makes your day better. The way she prepares the Almond Latte, with so much care and love, shows how passionate she is about what she does. And let’s not forget how fast and efficient she is—every time we’re there, we’re in and out with the best drinks, all thanks to her.

Rania is the reason we keep coming back to this branch. We love the vibe she brings, and every visit feels special because of her. If there were more people like Rania in the world, customer service would be a whole different experience! Unfortunately the new guy who made cappuccino for us don't know how to prepare it.

We order today morning around 7:30AM 3 cappuccino all was tasteless... Unfortunately the cookies and muffin we bought was made yesterday and should not be sold to us too.

We are regular daily customers at Almond . We never faced such degraded experience. We didn't have the time to return the coffe but at least when you have new employ hired for handling coffe preparation check his passion and willing to make customer experience enjoyable., give then the needed training too ... really a good experience employees for cappuccino preparation can make big difference
