Starting with the staff Man Oh Man PLEASE REPLACE THEM no one is happy working there. I get surprised how places have good sometimes i actually do. Staff be looking at you like they are paying for your meals. The place is not clean at all, the entrance makes you question if you are actually at the right spot. They need to work more on their cleaning and staff treating costumers the way they are supposed to be treated. Gave it a 3 for the food, the food was really good and their juices were tasty and fresh, their meat quality is top tier and local which i loved. I orderd 7 different menu items and i have to say i enjoyed them. The atmosphere is ok but some people had mixed opinions about so i will leave it at that.

THE STAFF made me lose my appetite so once the owners change them i see the store getting into more levels of success. But if you are going there for the food you would have a good time...

The food is normally pretty good but sometimes it's not, which is pretty odd. The food quality varies from one visit to another.. We had to ask for napkins, several times. When we order take out they practically never listen to what we'd asked for. The restaurant insists on using twice the amount of rice on mansaf and qidra which results in extra charges and large amounts of rice being thrown out. The prices tend to be much higher than the norm. The employees were polite and helpful. There's practically no parking. The entrance to the Tla' Al Ali location is not acceptable. I dined at or from this resturant 4 times. Mansaf was very good at one time but average at the other time. Stuffed intestine (فوارغ) was good once and average twice. It seems if you know someone you may get a better service. Mixed grill was tasty and fresh. I will dine again there but will probably only choose mixed grill or Mansaf.
