Shrimp Joint — Restaurant in Sweileh

Excellent, delicious, and well presented food. Service is good. I will give 3 stars though due to one major point, Atmosphere, it was horribly horrible, one of the worst atmospheres i have ever had. Very noisy loud music and high temperature indoor, and when we asked them to decrease the volume or even change the music so we can hear our self talking or they can hear the orders, they said that one of the customers asked them to make it so loud. They did not take our opinion into consideration. We asked them kindly too to turn on the A/C because the place was sooo hot and we all became sweaty, they told us that one of the customers asked them to open the door and he would like to sit beside it, and to turn off the A/C. I was wondering, aren't we customers too!!! What a disappointment, they ruined the good food by this. Honestly, i will never think to dine in again, never, but i may think to do a delivery order...

I loved this place. First off, it looks like a junk food restaurant but it exceeded my expectations. I think it's perfect for a group. We were a group of 4 and we ordered the shrimp bucket with garlic herb butter which comes with rice, dynamite shrimps, fatteh shrimps, boneless chicken tenders which come with fries and different sauces. Fries come with various orders so don't order fries on the side. The food was served quickly except for the fatteh which took a while because they ran out of tahini sauce and had to make a fresh batch. We marinated the rice with the fish bucket sauce and it was delicious. We were full by the time they served us the fatteh. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. However, I advise you to bring your own knife and fork as they give you plastic cutlery that is hardly useful, and there was no hand sanitizer on the table. Each of us had to pay 10 JDs...

Wow. And I mean WOW! I have tried Fatteh before (which is a very tasteful kind of humus dish with bread, almonds and pure lamb lard) but to have the same with shrimps was a new experience and what ride it was. Yep that's the shrimps fatteh people. Watch our for your bellys as they are about to gain some weight very soon and nothing you can do about it except enjoying which will have a big share of your near future. Anyway, after that you have to go with the mixed seafood bucket. Yep bucket. And it comes in a bucket. With the full instructions on how to handle it written on the wall right next to as part of the original themed decorations of this place. What can possible go wrong? Oh yeah your diet plans for the summer!...
