Вообще люблю эту сеть. В этой точке был впервые после их открытия. Большой, светлый, просторный зал. При входе встречает хостес, вежливые и приветливые девушки. Одеты хорошо, улыбаются. Приветствуют и на каз и на рус. Проводили к столику. Сразу заметили в руках костыль и предложили столик с диванчиками. Внимательные. Официант подошёл минуты через 4-5. Есть меню электронное, но мы попросили распечатанное. Заказали не много, порция гуйру лагмана, порция домашнего лагмана, салат домашний и ташкентский чай. Сначала принесли чай, чай на 3ку из 5. Вместо мёда добавляют сахарный сироп?! Мы попросили без сахара с мёдом, мёд отдельно! Следом принесли салат. Салат лёгкий, капуста, кукуруза, Изюм. Неплохой. Далее принесли гуйру лагман для меня. (Сразу скажу официант не поинтересовался как принести блюда, по готовности или первым номером). К лагману я не притрагивался ждал когда принесут домашний лагман для друга, потому что не хотел видеть как он голодными глазами смотрит на то как я ем. Прошло ок. 25-30 мин. Официант заметив что я жду, когда принесут блюдо для друга, он предложил забрать мой гуйру, разогреть и принести все вместе. Это плюс. Официант молодец в этом плане. Тут мы обрадовались и ждали. Прошло 45 минут, сидим оба без блюд))) Пригласил девушку администратора, как я понял. Объяснив ситуацию она извинилась и помчалась к кухне, словом здесь открытая кухня. Было интересно наблюдать, по жестами и лицу было видно, что она недовольна кухней и требует объяснить причину задержки. Далее она сказала нам, что оказывается закончился подлив для лагмана и его готовили. Спустя ровно 1ч. нам принесли наши блюда и комплимент с извинениями в виде десерта. Молодцы. Я могу ошибаться, но мой гуйру, как будто бы разогрели в СВЧ, отчего он остался без подливы, а лапша прилипла к тарелке. На фоне положительного отношения к этой сети, не было особой злости и расстройства. Но минусы все таки есть: ташкентский чай, запоздалые блюд, метод разогрева, нет конекта...
