Vanilla — Restaurant in Almaty

When i walked in i realized it was a self service cafe but they still charge for service. No complaints about the service or the atmosphere in general. Thats fine, later on we ordered pasta with my friend. It took around 25 minutes to arrive, and the pasta itself just straight up felt like they took it out the frreezer and microwaved the dough. We deciced to complain after which they grabbed our pastas and took them for around 15 minutes again, when it came back it tasted exact same they just chnaged the plates. A nd my pasta even looked less, I didnt want to bother them anymore but im not exxagerating when i say it was the worst...

The best chocolate eclair I have eaten in Almaty is at Vanilla. They have the same quality on every branches. But coffee is better at Vanilla on Knueva.
