Apart LOFT HOTEL (1) — Hotel in Almaty

This hotel apartment type is nicely designed and well maintained. Quite frankly, designed with good artist's taste. Rooms are roomy with sufficient sizes of both toilet and shower. Clean but hard to find because it is built inside a residential compound and with Taxi app is quite difficult to allocate unless you have a good driver who understands areas of the city. Use Navoi Street as mark on your Google Map to find it. The Management of the Hotel are a bit stiff - Russian If am not mistaken- ; and do not communicate with any gesture of kindness (unfortunately) and they do not speak a word of an English or even try (use an app when speaking) . For you, I recommend boom CB cafe, right at the corner side (10 mnts walk) . Their Staff are so nice and they serve delicious meals and pastries. My last advice, for you as a first Visitor to this beautiful City, never pick a random taxi drive . Always order from an application. Mega Mall is just 5 minutes walk. Enjoy your trip to Amalty . Friendly staff. The modern and stylish design of the apartment. Spacious room and toilet. In general, it was clean. Nice location. Quite residential area with secure gates. Opposite the hotel there is a very nice river. Convenient location, within walking distance, the park of the first president, and a large shopping and entertainment centre (Mega centre). All household appliances, in the kitchen, everything that is needed. There are grocery shops, restaurants, and cafes close to the hotel. Paradise restaurant is recommended for traditional dishes and it's within walking distance from the hotel.

One aspect that could be a drawback for some guests is the absence of a lift. If you have heavy luggage, it could be a challenge to carry it up to your room without assistance. The stairs are not long, though. Attention to detail in housekeeping could be improved. The fridge was filled with items from the mini bar, leaving no space for us to store...

The hotel has a very nice location opposite the hotel there is very nice River. All what you need is available there is very nearby coffee(boom coffee) Restaurant in walking distance.
