Restaurant VINOPARK — Restaurant in Shymkent

I visited along with my wife today, September 12. Though the atmosphere is quite good and place is well decorated but the staff isn't good at all. The side sauce I ordered was spilled by the staff, but they didn't replace it. Instead just cleaned the stuff they dropped. I ordered Garlic bread, and they gave me something else altogether. I realized it upon when the bill came, and asked the person that what was I charged for. They realized the mistake they'd made, but charged me nonetheless for Garlic bread instead. That's it. Lastly, I broke a wine glass - my mistake. It just tipped on the table and broke when I was arranging plates. After I paid the bill, I realized that they charged me for it - which is fine. But I was never told about it. And the bill was in Kazakh which I couldn't read, I'd to specifically ask what the charges were for - the charges were significant. And to top it off, they charged 15% service charge on the broken glass cost too. That's a total dishonest thing to do, and a rip off. Not recommended...

Vinopark is now my Favourite place in Shymkent city. Nice and cozy place, with soft lounge music will make you feel relaxed. VIP cabin has KARAOKE if you like to sing. The place is located in the corner of Central Park. You can enjoy smoking Shisha sitting on veranda or drink wine sitting on sofas inside! Recommend to everybody who visit Shymkent!
