The place looks great and really comfortable, but at the moment can't be more than 3 stars.
We ordered red velvet, a cheesecake and a donut to eat, and... Well, no red velvet, no other classic cakes, no one of the Donuts I liked were available (only biscuits and caramel available) and the cheesecake looked as a cheesecake but was actually an icecream, not a pleasant surprise with - 2° of temperature outside.
I substituted the cake with a lemon cake and it was actually really tasty (2 negative things. 1) I wanted a classic cake, and that was not, it was a cold jelly/pudding cake. 2) Also that one was probably in the refrigerator, luckily didn't became an icecream, but the top had an ice layer and the cream and fruits on top were totally frost... It was obviously a cake to be gently fresh and soft, not so hard and with an ice layer, again, I was cold, it was not a good surprise).
We also toke 2 warm drinks, a "раф" with hazelnut syrup and a hot chocolate with melted chocolate. Also here, well... I suggest to no one to take hazelnut "раф", for a really simple reason, there are no hazelnuts of any sort, it is just coffee, milk and maybe cream, there is absolutely neither the slightest taste of hazelnut, take it would be pointless. The waiter continued to say that it was mixed, but it was an obvious lie, even if I have no idea about the reason of the lie. The hot chocolate was really good but not really as described by the waiter, it is basically milk with chocolate melted on the bottom, don't see any reason to order it instead of normal hot chocolate but it is an interesting drink if you want milk with something extra.
3 stars because I can't fully judge in only one time, maybe we were just unlucky with the availability of sweets and with a miss-prepared "раф". I had to give 1 or 2 stars but the fake hot chocolate and the overfrost lemon cake were...
Read moreThe best choice in Taraz. In the middle of the city, the best meeting point for not only business but also for your special guests. A cosy atmosphere with quality service. Delicious foods from different cousines. I advice you to try “ramen”. It was far beyond my expectations. No need to discuss about the “coffee” Espresso and latte were really good. The tea was served with hot water and a tea bag. The music was quite enough to chat. One of the best thing is they have bicycle parking lots. A must see place if you come to Taraz. Have fun and...
Read moreGood place with outdoor seating possibility. There are several choices of breakfast. Tea was good, but service was pretty slow. We ordered breakfast, and waited for about 20 minutes. Our meal was very good. We ordered "Shakshuka" and hash browns. The shakshuka sauce was really good, and in general this dish was nice. Regarding the hash browns - they were served with 3 pieces of ...
