KishMish чайхана — Restaurant in Taraz

We've just completed day one of our 7 week road trip of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. We arrived at the hotel here in Taraz exhausted and I asked the guy running the place if he would order some food for us. I asked for doner, and really wanted and some cheap take out, but I guess he looked at the American tourists and thought we needed to try local cuisine, so he ordered KishMish for us. I'm glad he did. It was delicious. The plov had less raisins in it that they use in Almaty and it had garbanzo beans in it. And my beshbarmak! Oh! It was the best I've ever had! The pieces of meat were large and thick, not like the tiny thin little circles you get at places around Almaty. Sorry I didn't get pics. It was a very long day. Uzbekistan will be country 39 for my husband and I to travel together in. We've learned to appreciate that other people never know what experienced travelers we are. They don't know this isn't new to us. Even though I asked one thing and got another...I could have been angry about it...but this guy thought it was his chance to introduce Americans to plov and beshbarmak for the first time! Посетил данное заведение по старой привычке. Бываю в городе не часто. С момента последнего посещения обслуживание упало в ноль. Пришлось ждать официанта 17мин чтобы просто протёрли стол. Кнопка вызова официанта только для галочки. Никто не реагирует. Это на минуточку, с учётом того что официанты толпились у барной стойки, а зал был наполовину пуст. Дальше заказал напитки, первые блюда и выпечку. Заказ несли ровно 40 минут. Сперва принесли 1 блюда, без приборов, затем 6 минут несли приборы, официанты ссылаются на других. После пришлось ещё выпрашивать заказанный лимонад. Который через 50 минут , сделали только когда я подошёл к барной стойке, барабанная дробь, за 2 минуты. От хачапури пришлось отказаться, за истечением времени. Когда узнал у официанта, сказал что ещё даже не начали его. А прошло 1 час 12 минут. Самое главное это что я порезался об стакан, который оказался с трещиной. Фото прилагаю. Про блюда: 1. Окрошка пришла теплой, половины ингредиентов нет. 2.заказал Манпар классический, пришел картофельный суп с тестом. Без зелени. 3.Лимонад классический , долька лимона, ветка подсохшей мяты, кислая минеральная вода и что то напоминающее сироп и половина графина льда. Итог: все впечатления испорчены, порезал губу. Остался голоден. Жарко. Система вентиляции и охлаждения не работает По оценке: обслуживание - 1 кухня - 1. Вернусь ли ещё раз?...

The characters(letters) of menu is really bad. I couldn't read it. They are too small and unreadable. But meals are delicious. I rate 1 point because i wanted to consider my report to Kish-Mish restaurant group.YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE CHARACTERS (LETTERS) OF MENU.
