Java House - United Mall, Kisumu — Restaurant in City of Kisumu

Poor management. Your garden salad and fruit salad are not fresh. You should take care of this and watch the food you are serving to your clients.Your waiters are serving people well but whoever brings or buy food from the markets is not doing his/her job well.This is the 3rd time I send back garden salad, fruit salad, and steamed vegetables. Also, chicken was overly dark meat which means it was not fresh. I returned it back then one of the boys came and said, "Oh am very sorry...we will bring fresh one." So, why should you feed your clients bad food in the first place????? Are you that greedy for money? Who is the owner of JAVA? Who is the MANAGER????? We never see them. You should do your work right and if you cannot then you are losing clients then wondering why you are not successful.You also buy juice at 750 in the supermarket mixing with water and selling a glass of juice at 380 which is not fresh juice why can't you buy fruits and blend fresh juices cz kisumu is the best place to get all kinds of fruits adding I wish I could be your...

So far the best Java I have visited since...I thought having these chain stores the experience should be similar, even the food should be similar in a way in taste and look. But I was wrong, whenever am here, the burger is aweee so scrumptious. The works ribs are also very juicy and tasty. The service is also friendly and they even go out of their way to ask how your meal was. If you have any complain they handle it there and then. 👏🏾Kudos to the team at Java-United Mall, Kisumu. I will definitely be coming back again...

Java has never dissapointed. It's like the same chef follows you no matter what town you are in. Quality meals and worth their price. Their Dawa is to die for. Perfectly balanced to the tongue and the throat. Their grilled chicken breasts and fries.....

Bottom line, great food, great service and fast. Cool place for business meetings as well. Sockets available to charge your laptop or phone. WiFi too though avoid public free WiFi if cyber security is anything to go by.
