CJ's BBS Mall — Restaurant in Nairobi

I popped into CJS restaurant up on the fourth floor of BBS Mall in Eastleigh yesterday around noon, and let me tell you, it was quite the disappointing experience. The place was jam-packed, so they sat me at a shared table on the outside balcony until a spot opened up. The first waiter who came over was all about rushing the other folks at the table to order, which was a bit off-putting. Then, she starts instructing me on how to sit, like, seriously? I had to remind her that I don't need a lesson on seating arrangements, thank you very much. So, I moved inside near the entrance, thinking it'd get better, but nope! Another waitress tells me I'm in the family section and can't order until I move. Like, why have a one-sitting table in a family section? It was just all kinds of confusing and rude. Ended up ditching the whole scene and heading to Art Cafe, where the vibe was way more chill and respectful. Definitely won't be going back to CJS anytime soon with that kind of crew on duty...

I am really angry, I have ordered a lot of food from you including the chocolate brownie ice cream and there is no chocolate brownie.
