Cloud Nine Lounge — Restaurant in Syokimau-Mulolongo ward

I went to Cloud 9 Lounge with my extended family and enjoyed it very much. The drinks are readily available while waiting for the food to be prepared and served.

The food itself is delicious and tempts one to ask for second helpings. I only ate the nyama choma with accompaniments, but I guarantee it is one of the best meat you'll eat in a long time.

The interior of the restaurant is peaceful and spacious enough to hold at least 40 people, and there's also an outdoor eating area with a cool shade and a nice appearance of the well maintained hedges, trees and flowers.

I had an absolutely horrible experience here yesterday with the bar manager/ bartender who was extremely rude to me and even went to a point where he continuously yelled at me. All because I noticed some beers were flat and returned them. This isn’t how to treat customers at all especially yelling at a customer is so unheard of! It’s such a nice place but that man will make me not go back to this establishment! It’s absolutely wrong for this to happen at any establishment and needs to be fixed...

Great ambience, good service with a wide range of drinks. Food is good and order time is average. There's enough large TVs for sports fans conveniently located whatever your sitting position.
