I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened KFC in Syokimau, and I must say it’s absolutely fantastic. The place is spacious, sparkling clean, and has a wonderfully vibrant atmosphere. KFC has truly outdone themselves with this new location.

What made this visit extra special was that we were celebrating my nine-year-old’s birthday as a family. One of the staff members found out it was his birthday, and what they did next was simply amazing—they made his day unforgettable.

After we had our delicious meal, the entire staff came over, singing “Happy Birthday” for him with so much warmth and joy. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and my boy was over the moon. They didn’t have to do it, but they went the extra mile, and I can’t thank them enough for making the day so memorable.

I went there on 8/09/24. There was a cashier with the name Wamboi written on her name tag. While ordering there was a mix-up. Instead of just changing my order,she went out of her way to insult me. She belittled me and made such a scene. Everyone in the line was staring at her awkwardly. She completely ruined the KFC experience for me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. She is a liability to KFC as she is driving away customers and tarnishing the brands reputation. I would suggest that management keep her in the back kitchen where she doesn't have to interact...
